​The statistics say that approximately eighty-five percent of adults with significant intellectual and developmental disabilities are not employed. The majority of these adults stay home day after day and do little except watch TV. They are not integrated into the community and often their circle of relationships is very small.

We want to change that. These adults deserve more. They deserve a full, rich life with many opportunities...and our community deserves to

see what incredible things these special adults

are capable of!

We believe everyone is uniquely created. We all have our own likes, dislikes, strengths and weaknesses.

 

At Possibility Place we focus on those strengths and build an individualized program centering around each person's abilities, NOT their disabilities.
